Camping with the Robbins'

We were able to take a fun camping trip with our good friends the Robbins. We went to Anderson Ranch and camp in our favorite spot. The boys had fun playing in the river, playing toys, and getting dirty. We tried to play some games but something always seemed to happen when we did, either the kids wouldn't leave us alone or we got attacked by moths.

Brayden enjoyed the dirt. His favorite place to play was right near the firepit in the ashes. I didn't worry about washing him until it was time for bed (no dirty boys in my tent).

Brandon and Cody spent about three hours creating this rope swing for the boys so they would have something to do and they would leave us alone. They climbed trees to cut branches and made sure the rope was in the right spot. When they were finished the swing was a lot of fun and the boys really enjoyed it but they couldn't get on it by themselves so it defeated the purpose of keeping them occupied. It was definitely a lot of fun though. I don't know who enjoyed it more: Brandon and Cody building it or the boys swinging on it.

I absolutely HATE snakes. Brayden thought they were great though and every time Cody caught one he was right there to look at it.

Brayden was having a hard time sharing his trucks. To keep them away from Carson and Lincoln he would go and hide them in the Explorer.
