Surprise

We got a big surprise the morning of December 30 in the form of a 7 lb 7 oz baby boy. He was a big baby considering the fact that he was 3 weeks early. We were totally unprepared for his early arrival but so excited to have him here. My water broke at 2:00 am (which has never happened before) and we hurried and packed called the bishop who happened to volunteer to watch our kids only hours earlier. We made it to the hospital by 3:00 am and Kyler MaKay Rex arrived at 6:00 am. So glad the labor was short because my epidural didn't work. Brayden absolutely loves him and Brooklyn doesn't really care that much.
